I understand there's a speed limit but even with full bars and the 4+ symbol I'm struggling to get 1Mbps.
What is going on as they charge a lot for these type of contracts?

Hi @trajiin I understand how frustrating this must be for you, let's get it sorted! How many devices you currently have connected to your Mobile broadband device? I've you've got a large number of devices connected, this can have an impact on the speed you'll experience. Do you experience speed drops at specific times of day or sporadically?
