We have an R218h in an office and on the Mobile Wi-Fi app I can see there is an unauthorised device connected. I'd rather not change the passcode for the device as that would also need dozens of authorised users to have to change their settings.
Are we able to individually block a user from accessing the device?

Oh no, that's not good @BPLUK 😟 I'm sorry to hear you've got an unauthorized device connecting to your Mobile Wi-Fi device.
Apologies for any inconvenience this might cause, but we don't have any options to block an individual user; so you'd need to change the password via your app.
