Video Pass data not allocating correctly

Is anyone else having a problem with video pass data using up their normal data allowance? I've been using Disney life and Amazon prime video and a fair amount but it says I've only saved 10MB data on the video pass, however, ive used 12GB of my normal allowance when I've barely used the WiFi for anything else. Is anyone else having this problem?
