I am having trouble logging into my mobile Wi-Fi dongle to view my messages, I am unable to do it on my Iphone Xs , Ipad, and my mac, but I am able to log in on my work windows PC.
Ive tried deleting the app and re installing, but no luck with that, I've also tried using the web address and the IP address, but no luck there either!
Has anyone else had this trouble? and has anyone found a solution??

That's not good to see @callumtompkins. Have you tried resetting the app, through its settings? This can help when you're having problems logging in. This can be done by selecting the 'burger menu' (three lines at top right of the screen) - Settings - App Settings.
