What happens at the end of contract? Mobile WIFI router.

Hi,

My 18 month contract comes to an end in November.  I am using the Huawei mobile wifi router from Vodafone.  Is the router paid for in the contract and therefore I can switch to an unlimited data sim only deal at the end of the contract?
