In December 2020 I installed a 4G router and 6dBi external antenna on a boat at Wigrams Turn Marina near Southam in Warwickshire (Grid: SP468623). The Vodafone Coverage Checked shows reasonable 4G coverage in the area using external antennas and the signal levels were very good. About two weeks ago my customer noticed that the mobile broadband was intermittent, sometimes for several hours at a time. there is no damage to the mast, antenna or cabling. Before I take the long trip to investigate, are there any issues with the mast in that area?

Masts can be checked via the status-checker and Vodafone have a help and tips thread with a template enclosed found here Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template. The Vodafone Social Media Team's then can take a look @RFBS
