Yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

None - just no signal.

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Yes, all signal bands.

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

When we moved in.

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Permanent - the network coverage map is not accurate.

May I ask in regards to Question 1.

 

When you leave your home location does signal return OK?

Yep - just 1 mile down the hill into the village is full 4G.

That let's Vodafone know your phone and sim card appear to be fine.

@tkinson14 I've taken a look at your postcode and can see that you're in an area with extremely limited/patchy coverage for 2G, 3G and 4G. 

You'll benefit from Wi-Fi Calling or a Vodafone Sure Signal to help create a signal whilst indoors. 

Keep an eye on the view 'View planned coverage' section of our Network status checker for any future improvements.

Is there any plans for masts in our area? I had a text a couple of months ago stating improvement works in area - but nothing on website. Very frustrating have Copper Broadband and no mobile signal.
