Network queries

Can't send SMS messages, make calls or access the internet (Samsung J3 PAYG)

I woke up today and cannot seem to send texts, make calls or access the internet. All these functions have been working perfectly up until today. I have chacked the Network Checker and it says 2G, 3G and 4G are all available. I can receive texts. 

I have tried restarting my phone, resetting the APN settings, checked the BARS, made sure SMS is turned on mentioned in other posts. If anyone can point me to a solution that would be great.
