I have a default on my Experian from when I left Vodafone in 2018. It is stopping me getting a mortgage and I really really need to get this sorted. Can someone please help
As account assistance isn't available via this forum anymore you'll need to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries for this to be investigated. They also have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate.
