Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

 

Yes just this location. A few miles and everything is fine.

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

Can't do this.

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 

I loose all connection to your network, no data or calls. Can;t dial out or receive calls.

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

 

All (I think)

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 

It's been intermitant for years, but ever since Decmeber it's got really bad. Especially the last few weeks.

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 

I have been logging times when I loose connection, here is a small selection of days and it shows how bad and unusable your network has now become:

My mobile/sim works fine in other locations. It is a network issue that need sorting ASAP. I just renewed my contract in the hope that it would get fixed, but its got worse!! 😞

 

This is now totally unacceptable as I have no idea that my mobile has dropped off the network until I try something. Not good when you have elderly parents and waiting for important medical related calls.

From looking at your postcode in the Link https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm

 

I see 

 

"We're planning some network upgrades in your area.

 

We're doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to have things back to normal by 6pm 01 Feb 2017. Everything else should be working fine.~"

 

It can sometimes also take a few days for a mast to fully settle.
