I have an iPhone XS Max and a few days ago I noticed that I’m now on 3G data. My plane was a 4G data plan. So why am I not getting 4G?

The first thing to do is to work through the troubleshooting tips and complete the pro forma on the link below giving an example of the issue, this will narrow it down and give the Team on the forum something to go on.

If this is an issue in all locations, it may be worth getting a replacement SIM or asking Customer Services/live chat to look at your account.
