IP Port being bloked

Hi

I have been using Slingplayer for many years on my phone(s), recently remote connections to my home slingbox (Uses TCP port 5301) have stopped working over Vodafone 3G/4G ,the port appears closed/blocked.

The connetion still works over other networks, Wi-Fi etc. so it's definatley Vodafone blocking this,

Is there any reason they have started doing this?
