Hi @pabsmerc

There has been some maintenance work on your surrounding masts which may have affected your local masts. This work has been recently completed but it can occasionally take a few days to fully settle.

"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls and data coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 8am 28 Jul 2017 and 6pm 28 Jul 2017.~"

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately I have had this issue since 10th July and it's still the same now, would the masts also affect the home broadband? My parents also can not receive incoming calls when they visit me despite all our phones showing 3 bars of signal

@pabsmerc I've checked your local site (11552) and you should be getting good 2G, 3G and 4G coverage.

Changing your phone's settings to 2G should help to improve things when making calls.

Please let us know how you get on.
