Internet Doesn't Work at Stansted Airport

It's been an issue for me for the last 3 years.

I use the airport every 3 months, anytime I get there, I can't use my mobile internet. Sometimes I get 4G signal but generally it's H+ but in both cases, I can't even search something on google. 

I changed my phone twice during 3 years period, nothing has changed. My wife also has the same problem, no need to mention, she's using Vodafone too.

It doesn't happen with other GSM providers, only Vodafone.

I sent my compaints to Vodafone and there are many complaints from other users on the internet.


Does Vodafone planning to take any action about it?

Vodafone wouldn't usually comment on future business plans on the forum.

Usually any planned work is shown on the Vodafone Network status-checker. 

@taylan  it does seem this has being going on for quite a number of years looking at a forum search for Stansted Airport.


Very-poor-data-at-Stansted-Airport  and Terrible-signal-at-STANSTED-AIRPORT. 


I've known people including me to use a hybrid duos dual sim phone to be able to use two networks sim cards to be able to remain online when one network signal is fringe coverage or non existent in a particular place. It's just a workaround but I don't expect people to have to go down that route.

It's a shame the airport does not I assume have a viable wifi connection.
