not sure - don't have another phone

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

 all

6) When did you first notice this issue?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Customer service agents have been less than useless at helping with this. they didn't even point me to this forum.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Thanks

Does this mean I can't use my phone for another 5 days!  I don't think 9 days without service is acceptable. I need my phone for work as well as personal stuff.

Not necessarily.

It means people in that area may experience issues while the maintenance work is being carried out.

That looks like a mistake to me,  thats the m4,  not M4 postcode in manchester.

If youre having trouble registering on the network over such a wide area its a sim or handset issue.   Try ringing customer services or popping into a shop.  Waiting probably wont do you any good.
