I have complaint in June 2020 about my 10Mbps is giving me 1.4Mbps from April and I have been told that vodafone will come back to me and will sort out about it, but nothing happened sorted till today(Aug 2020), and I been paying same amount £26.46 per month.
I am really upset and stressed about Vodafone customer service, they are very un professional and looks like dosen't care about the customers . . . . . Even I have spoken to customer service Manager as well, he is just wasted my time twice I called him around an hour so bad.
If you don't have a broadband package then should your post's be in another forum?
This is broadband and landline, perhaps Mobile Devices?
