Hi @4119Travis, are you able to access every other site? Can you please confirm if you can't access the National Lottery using mobile data or home broadband?
If you're a mobile customer, you can check the content control through MyVodafone on the website and if your on Pay Monthly, it could be worth checking the SecureNet settings.

thanks for the interest, I went down your suggested route with a chat with a rep, over 35 minutes duration but got it sorted cheers, apparently some sort of gambling or parental control enabled and not there for me to switch on or off.
