Network problem in HP12 3HH

Hi there
Been a customer of yours for 20 years.had the same number with 4 accounts since day 1.
Got real issues with reception and network in my area.
Real issue as my 4 lines are business lines.
If i cant call or customers cant call me my business will suffer.
Can someone please help and tell me what is going on.
Reception has been dodgy for the last couple of years but has been almost non existent in the last 4 weeks.
What is going on?

Hi,

 

Your postcode is showing an issue has been rectified. 

 

It can occasionally take a few days for the mast(s) to fully settle. 

 

"We've fixed an issue in this area recently. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - things should have been back to normal since 4.38pm 07 Jan 2017"

I hope so as at the moment my 4 phonse are pretty much unusable.
How do i activate call catcher.
It does not work at the moment

Appreciate how it can be inconvenient when signsl drops or is intermittent. 

 

Have you considered the Sure signal or Vodafone Calling Over Wifi if your Account and phone meet the criteria for calling over wifi.

Sorry i apologise. I thought you were one of the Vodafone geeks. I very very very rarely use these forums.
