Network problems Nr27 9AD

After receiving a text message (I have copied at the bottom of this message) from vodaphone on 14th July I have receive a 3G signal which is good, however there as been intermittent signal strength ranging from a current no service to a maximum of 2 bars.  I have undertaken all of the recommended checks and it is the same for a iPhone and a Samsung.. Live chat will not connect and I have no signal to call 191.
