No 4G connection

Post Title: RM17 - RM14 - IG11 -E15

 

1) I used to have 4G coverage on my train journey from Grays to West Ham, not I dont even have H+

 

2) RM17, RM14, IG11 E15

 

3) The issue started about a week ago and has happened in the past

 

I dont understand why I used to be able to have full 4G coverage along the line now I get nothing! I pay for a lot of data for my commute now I cant use it, is anyone else having problems?

@Deborah23 - I’ve checked that route and there is 4G coverage in most places.

 

With long journeys (especially in areas like London), your phone is connecting to a lot of sites along the way and sometimes the network can’t quite keep up with the fast changes.

 

When this happens, it can cause you to drop off the network, or stay connected to a site much further back. Try restarting your phone along the journey as this will update the network with your new location.

 

If you can let us know the full postcode of where you first lose the 4G coverage, we’ll be able to check the local sites, to see how things are performing in that area.
