Got SIM in March has worked perfectly at home up to 10 days ago. Now nothing. Had a new SIM put in and it worked by the shop but not at home. Spent hours trying to get help from Vodaphone...nothing. Want to cancel the contract...Ho Ho....Just keep getting NO SERVICE (iPhone 6 Plus)
The first thing Vodafone will be asking for is an example of the network issue, this can be done by completing and copying and pasting the results on the thread from the pro forma on this link: Network Issues . As soon as the example is on the thread, investigations will be done and you will get a reply.
There are also some self help tips on the link, if you put your postcode into the coverage checker at the top of the page, you will be able to see if there are any network issues at the location and register for updates. If possible Vodafone always suggest trying the SIM in an alternative phone, this will rule out a SIM or phone fault.
