No signal again NR20

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

It happens in my village, house etc

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? NR20 (rest in profile)

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes it is happening on 3 separate devices in my home,

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No Signal

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

 

6) When did you first notice this issue? 1 day ago and still happening.

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

 

This happened in May also and up until then the signal was always good. It is a small village where there have been no changes in structure etc.

@Werthers I can see from our network status checker that we've been doing some work in your area.
