OX13 - Appleton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire - Network Fault

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Yes, it is just near our house and a few neighbours. We are one mile from the mast and the signal has been fine for over 5 years (excluding network faults)

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here.
OX13 5JT and surrounding houses. We live at number (Removed for security).

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes, there are 5 other Vodafone customers currently at the address and each one experiences the same issue.

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Total loss of signal

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All

6) When did you first notice this issue?
23rd December. There was a Vodafone employee on a cherry picker assessing the mast around that time.
You are aware of the issue as there is a Network Fault on your online checker for this area.

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Permanent.
