Numbers don't port over a weekend. From what you have written, your porting has started this morning and in progress with the files moving across. Usually a quick turn off and back on does the trick.
You will probably find it sorts itself out late this afternoon but if you still have issues tomorrow, please come back to the forum and the Team will be able to raise a split port request.

@emma2439 The advice from @AnnS is spot on! We wouldn't process a port-in order over the weekend, this may mean your order is currently in progress and not fully fulfilled on all aspects of the services.
