1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? About four miles to get signal again

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here. PL22 0JJ

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes and a colleuge is with the Vodafone network and is having the same issue

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No service

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? I'm lucky to get one bar of 2G outdoors but no service indoors

6) When did you first notice this issue? This morning around 8AM

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent so far

Hi. Looking at the network checker you are on the edge of areas with decent signal so you are going to struggle without a sure signal to get decent coverage at that post code.

Just a thought @Charlotte_21 but have you considered a Sure Signal that costs  £69 but does work off broadband wifi to create a 3g signal or calling over wifi that works for people on eligible tariffs and phones.

The current weather conditions maybe affecting signal as well as mast congestion which is where a few people are accessing the masts at approx the same time.
