Payforit on PlayStation store

Hi,

can someone please confirm that Vodafone pay monthly  customers can only spend £10 per month using payforit on the PlayStation store? My spend limit is off yet I keep getting told I’ve reached my spend limit after spending only £10 in total ,ever.

sony tell me its Vodafone who I should contact and Vodafone tell me its Sony.

As this is a Sony issue, it's unlikely there would be anything  Vodafone would be able to do to override the decision.
