 yes - about 1 mile to get a decent signal

 yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

No Network

    yes

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 only recently, maybe 3 months ago

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 permanent, only one bar of signal availalbe at rare times

@terri2430 I've had a look into your postcode and can see you're located in a low coverage area. 

I've also checked your local mast (77838) for any faults and it appears to be working correctly. 

Your strongest connection will be to 2G, please try changing your device settings down to 2G only and see if this improves things for you.
