Report no cover

No cover in NR15 2DA. How do I report this, or should I just get another provider?

Using the uk-coverage-map can highlight any known issues being reported for your postcode.

And Vodafone have a specific help page here to use a template to copy and paste back here for the Vodafone social media Teams to look at.

@patrickmolloy I’ve taken a closer look at the signal in the postcode you've provided.

It does seem as though you’re in a lower coverage area and your signal may be patchy for 2G, 3G and 4G. I can assure you, we’re always working to improve our general coverage across the whole of the UK: http://vdfn.co/nwrk
You can keep up to date with planned maintenance work in your area here: http://vodafone.uk/nsc

There are certain things you can use to help improve your signal coverage. Our Sure Signals provide you with your own 3G signal in your home: http://vodafone.uk/29L4nZZ

Alternatively, if you have an eligible phone and plan and a reliable broadband connection, Wi-Fi Calling is a great way to make calls using the internet: http://vodafone.uk/2fINWjy

If the problems have only recently started, please use the link @BandOfBrothers sent, to complete the troubleshooting guide and paste your answers on this thread.

Thanks for the reply. Alas, BT can’t even get broadband sorted out! The internet feed they provide is probably the slowest I’ve ever had. Quite appalling service.. BT blames Open Reach and Open Reach blames BT. So the Sure Signal device is not an option.

It is weird though that other providers, such as 3 do get us a very strong 4g signal.

I guess it’s time to change.

@patrickmolloy It's disappointing to hear your internet connection means a Sure Signal and Wi-Fi Calling aren't suitable options.
Please keep a lookout on our network status checker, using the link I provided previously. Any work being completed in your area will be updated there. I'm sorry for the inconvenience being caused in the meantime.

Thank you, but most links simply break....see the attached picture....too many indirects, from your link and also from the Vodafone website when one tries to check coverage etc

Thanks for raising this with us @patrickmolloy. Do any errors appear when trying our link or our site on a different browser or device?

The link does not work on an iPad Pro nor an iPhone 7 Plus, both running OS 12

the link works fine on an iMac running OS Mohave and also on a Windows 10 pc.

However, the issue I had in Norfolk was when I only ha the iPhone and iPad.
