1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

WIthin 100m of my home where normally I have a signal. Suspect the whole area has no signal

 

2) What is the full postcode 

SA65 9TX 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Have 3 mobiles with vodafone sims and none of them are getting a signal

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

No signal on phones/phones not registering on network

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

3g haven't test others

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

Yesterday (18/1/18

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Currently permanent 

Clealry service checker reports no issues.....it never does.

I've taken a closer look into your signal and can see you're in a low coverage area for 2G and 3G.
4G is currently not available in your area.
You can take a look at this using our Network Status Checker.

It may be worth checking out our Sure Signal devices. A Vodafone Sure Signal creates a 3G signal - ideal if you live where it's difficult to get good reception.

Another alternative option is Wi-Fi Calling. Wi-Fi Calling lets you make calls anywhere you have Wi-Fi, even when there’s no mobile signal. Just use your phone as normal – the person you’re calling doesn’t even need to have Wi-Fi Calling.
