New customer with ported phone number. Ported to an iPhone 6. My text deliveries have been slow. This is more of a pain for the log-in sites (e.g. Vodafone's own site) which needs to send you a text to log-in. It's been a pain. I was wondering if anyone had any tips to fix this?
This could be mast congestion or fringe coverage related @helpwithmyphone
Does this happen everywhere or in one place ?
As a process of elimination perhaps try your sim card in another phone to rule out your current one.
That or the sim card may need replacing via a Vodafone Highstreet Store.
Check your masts via status-checker.
