Issues sending texts to one number only, delivers sometimes but mostly says failed, approx 1 in 10 texts sends. Have tried deleting contact, waiting on my friend texting me then replying, deleting the message centre number and re-entering the Vodafone one which was already in it, factory reset, both   Of us are on Vodafone network, None of us have accidently blocked each other's numbers. These were all advice through Vodafone via calling and live chat, none have worked. Now they say it's a problem with my handset, but I've put my sim in another phone and it's still the same, my phone is a galaxy s7 and my friends phone is a galaxy s6, thanks

Sometimes issues exist due to mast congestion? Does this happen everywhere ?

I assume Customer Services have checked both accounts to ensure all is ok too.

 

As you seem to have ruled out the phone at issue and no ones blocked each other :Smiling: , then it could be your Sim Card

 

Any Vodafone Highstreet Store can replace it via a process called a Sim Swap. Takes from a few minutes but occasionally up to 24 hours to complete.
