Hello!
Two of our domains are been blocked by Vodafone's Securenet system. The affected domains are part of an online tool to manage social networks. Domains are shorteners that are used to track links that users share on their social networks. We understand that from time to time, these domains have been used to share a link to a fraudulent website, but we always work actively to eliminate shortened links that can redirect to malware or phishing pages. I understand that the objective of Securenet would be to block the final pages but that by mistake it has blocked the shortener.
We have more than 1 million users on our platform and it would be necessary to remove the block to these two domains so that users of the platform who become a legitimate user can continue using the service without problem. The affected domains are:
mtr.cool
mtr.bio
An example link would be:
https://mtr.bio/metricool
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello!
We are having the same issue again. Some of our users (that are vodafone customers also) can't access links like this:
{Removed}
Can you enable our domain again? Thank you!

We do people a lot of posts of people who post scam links and advertise things with these kind of requests. I can see you have had something declassified before so I won't remove your post entirely but I have removed the link.
I think it's unlikely we will block a personal twitter account. Are you able to provide any proof we are blocking this before I can raise to the appropriate teams?

Metricool is an online tool for managing social networks. Our tool provides a link shortener (mtr.cool) whose domain has been blocked by vodafone and most vodafone customers can't access any links shortened by Metricool. I understand that some landing page of our users of our shortener has received some blocking request, but the blocking should occur on the final page and not block the shortener since the shortener harms millions of users who have not done any fraud. Would it be possible to add the shortener's domain (mtr.cool) to some whitelist?
Thank you!

Ok, the link that was posted took me directly to someone's twitter page. Do you want me to flag https://metricool.com/ to the team or is another link more appropriate?

The locked domain is "mtr.cool", that corresponds to our shortener.

Thanks for clarifying, I've raised a request to the team for reclassification. We'll update you when we hear back from them.

Hi @jptejela. Our Support team have reviewed the shortened URL in question (mtr.cool) and have confirmed that it's not being blocked by Vodafone Secure Net and is categorised as computing.
The dedicated team have advised to clear your web browser cache and cookies. Please let us know if further support is needed.

Hi Jason.
Since you sent us your message, on the 6th, our domain started working again for vodafone customers. But now they have been blocked again. Now we have two domains blocked:
mtr.cool
i.mtr.cool
For example: mtr.cool/AOFYNJDNWV
Can you check it again?
Thank you so much.
