Unblock safe domain from Securenet, please

Hello!

Two of our domains are been blocked by Vodafone's Securenet system. The affected domains are part of an online tool to manage social networks. Domains are shorteners that are used to track links that users share on their social networks. We understand that from time to time, these domains have been used to share a link to a fraudulent website, but we always work actively to eliminate shortened links that can redirect to malware or phishing pages. I understand that the objective of Securenet would be to block the final pages but that by mistake it has blocked the shortener.

We have more than 1 million users on our platform and it would be necessary to remove the block to these two domains so that users of the platform who become a legitimate user can continue using the service without problem. The affected domains are:

mtr.cool
mtr.bio

@jptejela - thanks for your patience. Our Support team have advised that mtr.cool and i.mtr.cool aren't being blocked by Secure Net.

Hi @ryamazaki. Thank you for your patience. Our Network team have reviewed our request and have advised the URLs have been reviewed multiple times - they are not blocked and are classified as 'Computing'. Please clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.

We have carried out the test by deleting the browser's cache and cookies, however, the domains i.mtr.cool and my.mtr.cool continue to be blocked by Vodafone Secure Net service. (Attached the screenshots)

  

There must be something not configured correctly. The last time we reported this problem, it was the second time it happened to us and that time it was automatically unlocked when we reported the incident again here.

Now is the third time and this time they are still blocked.

Can you include our domains mtr.cool, i.mtr.cool and my.mtr.cool in a permanent whitelist so that it does not happen again please.

At looks like the error message you're receiving is in Spanish @ryamazaki. Are you trying to connect to the site via a Vodafone ES connection?
