Hi,

My website https://ce-tech.info/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Please can this be fixed Screenshot 2022-08-16 at 09.46.26.png

Hello Vodafone team!
I'm writing, because my page www.decentstudio.io is being reported as 18+, while it shouldn't be. This page is crucial to us in important moment of doing business, so we wanted to ask for help. This page has neutral content and has SSL certificate, so I wanted to ask for doing the check again and removing this classification. Maybe you can help @Janey?
Thank you!

Hi @StevenCurry,

I've checked the site and it has been flagged as malicious by a security vendor due to there being 'phishing' content on the site. You can check this through Virus Total. We would need the site to be cleared and all flags removed before we can send off a reclassification request. I hope this helps 🙂

Umm, to meet the BBFC guidelines , wouldn't any UK based "decentralised" un/lightly moderated streaming service need to assume an 18+ rating to stay on the right side of the law?

Hi,
We have received several customer complaints that they can't use our application because it is being blocked. We are Aize and we own both aize.io and twindata.io.
According to https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://api.twindata.io our domain is being blocked by Vodafone.

The twindata domain serves several of our backend services. Blocking that domain unfortunately breaks our application.
Also can we have an insight for the reason for blocking our service?
Can you help us get off of the block list?

Thanks and have a great day,
Peter Szabo, Head of Information Security @ Aize.io

Hey @AizePeter, we can certainly take a look into this for you. To help us do this, please pop us the full URL of the site in question.

Hey @Mark ,
Thanks a bunch.
The URLs in question:

  1. http://api.twindata.io
  2. https://api.twindata.io
  3. http://portal.api.twindata.io
  4. https://portal.api.twindata.io
  5. http://staging.api.twindata.io

It seems like subdomains of api.twindata.io are somehow disliked by the network. What can we do to avoid this?

Cheers,
Peter

I've checked all the URL's provided @AizePeter on VirusTotal, and it appears all of them are marked as containing malicious content by some of our Venders. Please ask whoever is responsible to look into this issue. If you're still experiencing issues after they're reported as clean, please pop us another message and we'll be able to take a closer look into this.
