Why is vodafone blocking my website?

Hi,

 

My website https://ce-tech.info/

 

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

 

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

 

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Thanks @SamHarrisFitPro 🙂 It can take 24-48 hours for VirusTotal to update so we will check again in a couple of days to make sure all of the flags are gone. In the meantime we're still waiting for an update from the Reclassification team but as soon as they get back to us, we'll let you know here.

We've requested a reclassification, however the request has been rejected. At the moment, your site is correctly classified as ‘Phishing’ so it'll continue to be blocked by SecureNet - VirusTotal still has your site marked as Phishing or Malicious by several vendors. To be fully transparent, there won't be much chance of the site being reclassified until these issues are cleared. We can also see from blocked.org that it's also blocked by another ISP so it's likely they probably use the same data source as ourselves.

I'd recommend checking your URL on the third-party websites we've sent and showing this to your website security teams so it can be looked into more closely. As soon as it's clean, we can reclassify. Thanks for your your patience on this.

Morning @SamHarrisFitPro We've had an update from our Network Team. Despite the flags, they've reclassified your website as 'Health' and the change is now reflecting in our system. You should now have full access, please can you double check this and let me know how you get on?

Thanks for letting me know @SamHarrisFitPro I've updated our Network team with the latest. We'll give you another shout when we've had a reply 👍 In meantime, please still look into the malicious flags as it may be this that's causing the issue. 

Thank you for your ongoing patience @SamHarrisFitPro. Our Network team have responded to our push back 28th November attaching the above screenshots provided. They've advised that the URL has now been reclassified correctly and to wait 24 hours for this to take effect. After 24 hours, please clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.

Our website Glean.ly has also been blocked. 
We are a SAAS UX repository tool and this has been raised by a few high-value clients today. This is already affecting our business financially and reputationally and will impact the marketing we're doing currently. so I am extremely keen to get this rectified in the shortest time possible. Is there someone I can speak to on the phone/video call to get this rectified?
