hi, I have a series of vodafone mobiles that are unable to use wifi calling using my Internet connection, is it possible my Internet IP's are not allowed access to your network for this to happen ?

@mgstu - Please take a look at our Wi-Fi Calling page to see if the phone’s you’re using are supported.
If they are, then please follow the steps from the same page with how to check if it’s set up on your phone.

the phones work fine, the problem is when they are on our Wireless network, I wonder if if our Internet IP's are blacklisted ?

To be clear all the phones work fine at say home, but onsite where it used to work it no longer does, all thats changed is our External Internet IP's

so to follow Wifi Calling from 78.33.129.128 work but 188.39.68.2 does not, help !

@mgstu Are you aware of anyone being able to use Wi-Fi Calling using the IP address you've provided regardless of what network they're on?
