iPhone + Wifi Calling + SMS - working on one iphone but not another

So lastest SureSignal died a few weeks back.  So appreciate Wifi Calling is the replacement and SMS is working on my iPhone 6s Plus - so am able to get SMS messages from various sites (vodafone, tesco etc) for 2FA

BUT - my Wife's iPhone 6s (same current IOS 14 version as my phone) can't receive SMS messages but can make calls over Wifi Calling.  What gives???

That's strange @pcmanning, if your wife has the WiFi calling service active and is able to make and receive calls using this, she should be able to send and receive SMS messages. If the service was added before SMS messages were included in this, she may need to deactivate and re-activate it to include this. If she's unsure on how to do this, check out our Online guide.
