Been on the phone for a while with vodafone a few hours ago and they escalated it to lvl 3 and contacted open reach apparently. Just checked now and I can access stack overflow again so they seem to have fixed the issue which is great. Might be worth checking again to see if the issue has been fixed for any of you.

I have cancelled my vodafone contract and moving to somewhere more professional - bit more expensive but I work from home and can't afford this...

I've been keeping an eye on this thread and was happy someone else was taking up the fight with Vodafone to get this one fixed (you are the real hero's). I've had DNS issues with vodafone from day one, this is just another example of how they don't seem to have it together this stuff just shouldn't happen, and if it does it shouldn't take this long to resolve. I know most ISP aren't great at communication but vodafone are particularly bad, with us working from home it would be good that an issues is communicated so this can be forwarded to the people we work for.

I have 9 months left on my contract, I wish it was easier to prove this breaks the terms of that contract and I would move on, I have probably had around 10 ISPs in my time and vodafone has been the worst in terms of service and customer support

3 days and the same problem is happening. This is an easy fix, it's just negligence at this point. All 3 looping servers are registered to Vodafone Americas in New York. Sort your **** out Vodafone!
