Copies of texts for court

Hi, I am trying to get copies of texts sent to and from a phone on my account for use as evidence in court. The phone is used by my son and I believe he is being bullied into missing school by his mother.

I have contacted customer service but unable to get anywhere.

Please help.

Vodafone wouldn't have access to the content of text messages sent over their network. You would only be able to get this content from the phone of the individual in question. The below is taken from their Subject Access Request documentation, found here (see page three for 'Information that isn't available, even under SAR')

Content of calls, text or picture messages, or voicemail - We’re unable to provide you with information about the content of any calls, voicemail, texts or other messages. We don’t record the content of the calls you make, or the content of your messages.
