Hi All

Found a phone that belongs to your customer. Can you find the owner of I give you the sim number please?

Hi. The best way to resolve this would be to take the phone to a Vodafone store and hand it in and they should be able to find the owner, they can't tell you because of data protection laws.

Alternatively hand it in to a police station so that can follow it up.

That is very thoughtful and honest of you.

The best thing to do is to take the phone into a Vodafone Store.

Unfortuately, with data protection regulations, without the owners permission to access details, they won't be in any position to help locate the owner.

If the phone has been lost, it's likely the owner will have reported this to Vodafone blocked the SIM and most likely IMEI blocked the phone.

It would however, be nice to return the phone to the owner.
