How do I make a formal complaint about staff attitude in store?

I had the misfortune of being directed to a physical store by one of your online chat team today. The store in question was Worcester and located on the very aptly named street - The Shambles - that's possibly the politest I can be about Chris and more particularly the one masquerading as a "manager" Nicole.

 

How can I make a more formal complaint regarding their attitude?

I'd send it in on the complaints form, here.

Vodafone will then be able to investigate internally plus look at any other outstanding issues you may have.
