I had the misfortune of being directed to a physical store by one of your online chat team today. The store in question was Worcester and located on the very aptly named street - The Shambles - that's possibly the politest I can be about Chris and more particularly the one masquerading as a "manager" Nicole.
How can I make a more formal complaint regarding their attitude?

I'd send it in on the complaints form, here.
