Hiya I was talking to a lovely lady on the phone who name is Emma and she was from the broadband team not sure what centre though she was friendly and was having a good chat. Then the phone went dead just want to be able to find her and tell her that the phone went dead didn’t end the call.
Were you able to resolve / get support before the call ended.
Im sure the Agent is used to dropped calls etc.
