Tough phones? (Motorola Defy and JCB phone etc)

Just watched this video on the new Motorola Defy tough phone. Looks pretty strong considering the battering they gave it overall, plus it's running on Android where as the other previous 'tough phones' were very much either green screens or black and white - very basic phones.

Anyone ever keep a spare 'tough phone' on the side?

I've got a spare JCB one still knocking about from when I've done a bit of building work and DIY in the past - held up pretty well even if the edges have taken a bit of a beating and a few scratches
