Why is my site blocked by Content Control?

My website had malware on it siometime ago and we have removed it and got it scanned by various anti virus companies to remove off there lists.  However I note that Vodaphone still is blocking my website with your content filtering, can you kindly remove the site www.99alternatives.com off the the list as there is no adult content on it.  The website is a news portal of information.

Regards

Alex

Hi @AirzyBoy Are your users accessing the site over mobile data or Wi-fi?

Hi there thx for getting back so quick. I believe it’s both.

Thanks for confirming @AirzyBoy. I'm done some digging with my colleagues here and we've been able to access the site on both Vodafone mobile data and home broadband. This is most likely related to specific security settings on the accounts of those who can't access your site. I'd recommend directing them to us over social media here, and we can take a closer look.

Hi

I can access 99 alternatives @

96.125.164.109 ping and website.

So it is not blocked as far as I can tell.

You are an adult; 47 years old?

So no problem there.

You are an ad agency (73110 - Advertising agencies) no problem there.

Is there still a blockage?  Because it goes not seem to be VF doing it.
