Blackberry Protect not working

Good day all,

 

The problem: I have x 2 Blackberry Z10s; one is associated with Blackberry Protect but the other isn't.

 

I know the Blackberry ID for the device with the problems is fine as I can log in to the account etc and BBM is all working fine.  I have also ensured that Blackberry Protect is enabled on the said phone too.

 

I spoke with Vodafone this afternoon and they said to call Blackberry up direct to resolve!

 

I cant find a contact number to do this hence this posting on here.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get my other Z10 to be associated with Blackberry Protect?

Are you adding two BlackBerry devices to the one BlackBerry Protect account? You can reach BlackBerry to discuss this and get support here

It's not something we've had training on so the support we can provide is limited I'm afraid.

Three dots on right bottom (More) REGISTER BLACKBERRY

Login your BB id from pc

Hurray Device found....
