Hi Everybody, after a hard reset, i can no longer access my Email and have lost the Blackberry Logo by the 3G Signal indicator. In Service Status on my Phone it says BIS and BES are not connected, and when i try to open Blackberry Protect that used to work it tells me the service plan i have does not support this. Vodafone erronously changed my Tarriff,then changed it back, and since then i have had this problem. I have contacted support and been into Vodafone Shops, but to no availl .Can anyone suggest any Help please.
