Can't download Yahoo Mail Application from Google Play store

When I click on the application to download it, I am told "You don't have any devices."

I am also told "You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account."

When I click on the Play Store icon on my Smart4 mini, the screen goes blank, except for the Play Store header  and the animated search icon chasing its own tail.

After ten to fifteen minutes of this I lose patience.

How long should it take to connect?

Hi there

Have you tried doing this over WiFi - if so does it work?

No, I'm at home and don't have access to WiFi.

I've had issues before where Play Store randomly just won't load unless connected to WiFi - everything else works fine - I am able to browse the internet, watch YouTube Videos etc but Play Store just doesn't want to play nice!

Sometimes, uninstalling any updates to Play Store can sort things out to.

Go to the settings, and look for application manager.

In there, scroll down to Google Play Store and select it.

Then select Uninstall updates.

Good advice from drey_p.   Personally, I never even think of using the Play Store over anything but wifi mainly because of data usage but also because of connection speed.   If you've only got a 2G connection, that could be part of the cause and, in any case, the dowload would take ages.
