NUC Code for S7 edge

How can I get another NUC code for my S7 Edge. Vodafone has sent me the same one  everytime I contact them. with this problem Even the NUC resolution team have sent me the same 8 digit code than I keep informing them does not work. Can someone direct me to  the next level of  getting them to sending me a new ( and hopefully workable nuc code).

I’m afraid the Nuc Team are not Customer facing @RayK so any communication has to go through customer services. 

This was a post from a member experiencing issues unlocking another Samsung phone and found this solution that worked for them.
