I ordered the Nexus 6 and Moto360 on Nov18th with expected delivery of 5th December. I like many others have yet to receive consignment or delivery information and have never been able to track my order using WEB ref.
I know that there has been delays from the manufacturer which was supposed to distribute on the 1st of Dec. There is a lot of speculation circulating that handsets could be delayed until as late as mid Dec. However this afternoon o2 have just started selling the Nexus 6 not as a pre-order, but as in-stock with next day delivery (5th Dec).
I am wondering if Vodafone has received any handsets from the manufacturer, or if there is a new estimated delivery for customers who have pre-ordered weeks ago?

Same here, Direct Debit letter arrived in the post today dated the 20th.
New customer also.

so guys listen to this and laugh at the joke that is Vodafone!
I started a web chat to get an update on my order status. The first person I got connected to after 15 odd minutes took my details and got back to me saying "We are still conducting a credit check and you should hear soon". I nearly fell off my chair! I tod him I ordered the phone online on 19th so it has been 6 working days now, surely any credit check does not take this long. It's not like I have applied to buy Vodafone itself! I also told him that I can see a direct debit set up in my bank account by Vodafone so surely the credit check is done and I passed. He then disappeared for a while, then came back saying he needs to trasnfer my chat to a specialist in some other team.
So this other specialist took further details, and said yes my account details have been located. Great! He then said I have passed my credit check, BUT THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED ON 25th i.e. yesterday!!! This time I actually fell off my chair. I burst out laughing in frustration. Order has been CANCELLED! Who cancelled it? I surely have not asked for it to be cancelled. And why was it cancelled AFTER PASSING THE CREDIT CHECK! He got defensive saying I have not cancelled it and I cannot see any notes why it was cancelled. Please call after 8 am to get this sorted. What a rude reply! I have never ever heard such an absurd thing in my life. After waiting endlessly without any sort of communication, Vodafone decided that my order has to be cancelled! Without my permission.
I am going to call back and see what happened. But after what has happened I dont feel like being with Vodafone now, this is an absolutely disgraceful event from a company like them!

Until today I was being told everything is fine and I will get the order confirmation soon! Thrice it was confirmed to me that it has been approved so why they cancelled it I have no clue! I do not think all will face the same issue, some who happen to be unfortunate in this case like me will miss out on the offer! Good luck to you, hope you get the watch. I will most likely now upgrade with Three. Even if Vodafone sort this I do not want to be with them anymore!
